Anyone in the GVRD have a valid license?

I use to run a 24/7 webcam at my buddies licensed grow which was located here (Archive.org snapshot) https://web.archive.org/web/20110128231207/http://www.medicalcanna.com/ I'm wanting to restart one and looking for someone to host it from their place.

The location would need a good internet connection to send the webcam signal to a streaming server. I'm looking at Youtube live streaming or use the previous host I used or get a dedicated server and run the streaming server software myself.

I think YouTube live streaming is only up to 8hrs at a time

I think its says you cfan do 24/7 on YT now. I use OVH for game servers and seems to do alright for the price. Last time I used Rockhost http://rockhost.com/. I asked them if they would allow it, their lawyer said sure go ahead if its legal and so it went.
