Week 6 1/2 now, not quite filling out like they should by now, I think from the cool and wet. Temps in the 40s last night. Hope they don't freeze anytime soon!

this thing has been outside for a long time. i tried putting it in 2 days total darkness quite a while ago to make it flower - no luck. i tried moving it to a darker location - no luck. so i totally gave up on it thinking my yard just has too much ambient light at night. it's just been sitting there. i checked it today and FINALLY it's flowering! :cuss:

it's got a 7-9 week flower time so it's too late! let's say it's been flowering for a week that gives me 6 weeks left min. i'm in colorado so i can't imagine it going to nov 1st without freezing. maybe i can put it in the shed overnight when it gets real cold out.

You can't give up on that plant!!!! How's about making some sort of green house to keep her warm... shed may work... I was even thinking of bringing mine into the kitchen for the night.

ha ha ha, you're right! i can't give up on her. thanks! i could bring her indoors and put her in my tent with a big HID light but she is budding very differently outdoors than indoors and i want to see how that goes. maybe i can insulate the shed some how.

bloom.JPG6 weeks .JPGWell here's an update on my outdoor girl. I used ferts last week and note what I think is burn. Thought maybe frost but too sporadic. I don't have much luck with fertilizers. Do bloom boosters work the same. And at what point would I use them. What kind is good.
Here are some pics. No clue how much more time but I am going to say 6 weeks. Waiting for my microscope to arrive. Any opinions here.

Getting concerned about frost here at over 9000 feet elevation. Definitely not as far along as bongmont CSUfan. They look verah nice.

There is a nice purple color to the buds as well
as a nice licorice smell with a hint of fruit smell
with our Durban poison plant, i'm not to sure how much
longer these have as i'm about 4 days from week 8.
We flushed these with around 20 gallons water
it been getting a bit cold at night hope to flower
as long as possible.

Grasscropper how cold are your nights right now? How are your girls looking now?
Temps were down to 5 Celcius at night. Day time 17 or higher. Then spiked to a humid 32! That's Ontario. Rained all day today and I can feel it's cooling off again and going back down to 5. Lots of fluctuations. I brought her in last night just for the night at this point.
Here latest pics as of mid week last. How many more weeks to you think. Cause I think at least 6. Which will be tough here unless we get an Indian summer.

Turnip thanks man surprised how well they do outdoors this our first outdoor run (I am sure you know already)

Time we scoped our girls 2 days ago and the trics are about half cloudy I am thinking 2-4 weeks on ours hope the temps hold out cause I can't move them every night maybe one or two but not all six.

Dirt nice plants man are the Pvc pipes for a removable cover? Next year were doing a hoop house for sure.

Grass do you have a scope I think the best way to tell is check the trichomes. Anyone else?
