Anyone have any experience with Advanced Nutrients root shooters?

Hey all.

im getting ready to start off a few seeds for some indoor vegging before throwing them outside to pull of a second, and maybe third outdoor harvest.

My question is, does anyone have experience with the advanced nutrients root shooters?

I am curious to see if that will work better by putting the germed seed in those, as compared to putting it straight into a small half gallon pot with the soil. The price doesn't really bug me(about $20 at a local shop) if it will help the seeds root and grow faster.

Anyways, what do you guys think of it? Let me know what you guys think of using something like that, or if there would be a better alternative. I haven't started out seeds in a long time

thanks

Well, I just looked at the site and the rooter shooters system seems pretty cool to me.

And for $20, heck, why not?

The benefits are pretty tempting to me and my not so green thumb when it comes to germinating:

Save time and money.
Increase your survival rates.
Avoid rooting too wet.
Reduce harmful plant pests and diseases.
Get faster rooting, every-time.
Achieve 20% faster stick speeds.

I mean, even if they only do half of this, this would be uber helpful for me. And anything that can help is worth.

Not sure about how to answer your other question though.

Hopefully some others will chime in....

If im understanding correctly with the shooters, you first germinate before placing them into the tray? or do you simply pop the seeds in, and they germinate in the "shooters"

please let me know

thanks
