Understandable. I actually got mine for free. My friend bought the widow and got the others as freebies. The agreement is: I grow them, and he gets half of the crop. He's essentially renting out space in my tent. Good news for me: Free seeds and he puts in half the money for any supplies I need.

okay guys - as promised --- here is my purple maroc... she cracked with a tap root on 1/17.... I put her tadpoleness along with her rockwool cube into soil today.

For whatever reason, they just look kinda sad indoors...

yes dumpster - I'm not real excited about it - -as i said, it's really just an experiment for me - I have too much other good stuff going on in my garden! Best of luck to you.

Mine are probably gonna get the axe. They're growing really slowly and they just look kind of pathetic. The good thing is this will free up some space for the seeds I have coming in this week.

very much tru bell... im gonna continue to let her gro but im afraid she will hermie before i put her into soil.. i have a friend whos a gardner who said he will make up nuetral soil mix(which i know nothing about) and i will keep her indoors until its a little warmer our.. purple maroc hate the hydro and 24 hour lights.. i gave her 4 hours of dark this morn and is looking a little better.. i think she would love 18/6 but my room dosnt offer that kind of personalization fo 1 plant

Haddy I forgot all about the 18/6 light cycle since I'm all about 24hrs and then 12/12. I have the time to play with my PM and move her as needed fro light to darkness. I will do just that starting tonight and keep you guys updated on the progress. So far she's stretching up just a Tad bit behind my blue mystic and purple haze. While they are working on their second set of true leaves the maroc is still attempting to unravel its first set.

How quickly she popped I got a litte excited and I fell like I can grow any strain but apparently not.. now I really realize all strains aren't created equal but I will stick with it mate right up until she dies. Im no quitter!!

I'm no quitter, but I don't have any tolerance for slow veggers. I've already eliminated 3 plants from my tent because they were miles behind the rest of the group within the first 2 weeks. My PM does seem to be doing better now that I've introduced a little darkness (20/4), but if room needs to be made for something else, one or both of these seedlings may have to go.

yea im righ with you dumpster.. im all about survival of the fittest.. out of the 25 seeds i germed 20 rooted.. planted 17.. discarded 3.. then eliminated 2 slow veggers.. today i may get rid of 1 thats looking more like a cucumber(cant spell)..

so that leaved me with 12 plants.. amoung rhem is purpl maroc.. bluberry gum.. jamaican haze.. romulime.. and choco kush

Put my we lil purple maroc in darkness @1900 and she will go back into the light @0100 gonna give it a few weeks, hoping for reasonable results

WOW guys - I don't have anything on 24..... all my veg is 18/6..... always has been - it gives the plants time to take up everything you're giving them, AND saves a day on the light bill every 6 days.... why not??

I'm on a total t5 cfl grow so I don't worry too much about the utility bill also 24hrs works for me because I'm constantly peeping in on the ladies!!

It doesn't make as much of a difference as some people say. There will always be those militant guys who think it's their way or the highway, but at the end of the day 18/6 works great and doesn't offer a noticeably smaller yield at the end of the grow.

tru that.. It really alway falls down to what you can do.. i run 24 hours because my work schedule is irratic and i never truely know when i will be home.. so i leave them on not to screw up any cycle.. but soon ill be gettin anutha timer and will be runnin 20/4.. like @kiki said.. gotta give he a chance to take in what your giving them.. and they love foliar feeding right before dawn.. they say breakfast is he most important meal of the day haahahahaahhahah lol

Ok So after 2 days of 18/6 my lil lady actually kinda looks like she wants to grow for me. her leaves are thin and gnarly looking but they seem to be trying to unravel just a bit and the second set of true leaves are starting to grow out though she still looks extremely weak. hear is a photo from Feb 22 and one from the 25th. you be the judge

justcoop - what is your humidity? you should be at 50-60 at this stage.... humidity that is too low leads to paper thin leaves.... just FYI.

@ 007 Okay so this is the chap I am. I have no good idea what my current humidity levels are, and neither do i have a thermometer at all I just clone and grow bud with no problems with temp or humidity. I clone and germinate seeds in my hot house with my dome on and a bit of water in the bottom, I imagine that it's pretty close to 90-100 humidity or at least feels as such, I clone with no problem so I don't worry about it. and my girls grow with no issues so I opted out of spending the monies for a hygrometer or what ever you call them.

sorry mate but I can say that my blue mystic and purple haze are pushing right along and the Maroc is following right behind them and showing improvement. side note I just purchased a pint of voodoo juice yesterday and i think that that may have something to do with it. We shall see..

does anyone have any comment or thoughts about voodoo juice??
