Anyone ever heard of monkey blood?

Was wondering if anyone has smoked something called monkey blood? a few years back a buddy ask me if i wanted to try some of this stuff, i can only discribe it as a dark purple waxy looking stuff almost like a crayon. he would put it on top of a bowl and smoke it. or just smoke it strait. as soon as you put the heat to it, it would melt just like wax... had a great high to it. I have never seen it again. just wonderd what the hell it was and what i was smoking ! HAHAH ! would love to have some more of it..

im serious ! actually had it a couple of times. was kinda like a really good Sativa high. dont know if it was some kinda of opium or what. like i said it was dark, dark purple he had a chunk of the stuff like a big res. ball. you cut off a small peice and put it on top of your dope and let it melt down over it. killer high !! smooth taste. now that i think about it seem like he told me it was some opium kinda of shit. I dont know I was HIGH ! and i guess its been more like 15 years ago, than a couple... Humm... Monkey blood?? thats what he called it. And I know this is a weed forum ! And I know if I pulled out some shit call money blood and asked if you wanted to try it, you light right the hell up !! and you know it !! LOL !!

i had some last night, it was an oil in a vape though, called monkey blood...it was smoooooth,, niiice sativa hi! came in small vape tank for £20 in a lil baggy labelled monkey blood, you not crazy,, its a strain thats named after the red veins in the plant
