Anybody ever CFL/LED?

anybody have any experience? Can one benefit the other? Especially during flower?

Oh come on . Dont be shy. Theres gotta be some one who knows out there. I know everyone seems anti LED but some ones gotta have some experience. Thanks.

Are those supposed to be that far from your plants? They are LED they should be able to touch and be fine right?

Then again i've never grown with LED's, just CFL's. I'm interested in LED's though. Tell me how that works out

They dont get hot at all, Im triing to stretch the plants a little and there prob around 14" away, plus Im using CFls and there in flower about 2 weeks . I think I got good light penetration for what i want , I LSTed and now Im Scrogging, so Im triing to fill the screen.
