anybody elses fand kinda have a scratching noise

Don't know how to explain it but it has a high pitch noise when it come on like almost scratching. But it's not scratching anything

Yeah it happens some times and it's just the blades sort of rubbing over each other at a slow speed but once the speed gets higher the less noise it makes.

Huh so it's ok? Man thanks for calming me down man just got a fan controller and plugged it in and this happened. Haha.

Yeah but if you are worried about it you should well probably not open it up or get a new one - Hope I helped
