Any thoughts to whats going on?

Ok I have a POGK clone that I have been vegging about 2 months and then it got root rot, which was successfully cleared. Now when I feel I am ready to put into flower/bloom. She looks stunted, no bud sites, no outrageous growth. The growth actually seems to be slowing down and now she seems to be wilting any ideas or interventions would be great.By the way I run a 5gal DWC ph=6.2, temp=66-68 and a variety of diff nutes.Also my new shoots or leaves are starting to brown or loose chlorophyll as soon as they open. Plus I have new roots appearing.

hommie not trying to be a downer but what you need is to spend some money on your set up

you need to run more light and transplant your plant into a bigger pot
