Any suggestions about average yield from Auto-flowering strain !!

Hi to all

It's my first post to forum. I am about week far from harvest of my one autoflower plant. it's looking pretty promising now. I am posting a picture of plant, it's of about a week ago and I am still waiting few more days for final harvest.

I am growing under nice set up with 400 watt HID + 160 watt cfl, and I have space to accommodate 2 plants easily. What would be the optimum yield expectation under this setup with autoflower strains ? Your suggestions / experience would be helpful. Thanks in advance

its strain dependent if i LST and have grown a strain a couple times already and keep my nutes right
i usually figure 3/4 - 1 oz per gal of my mix but i have been growing auto's for a while
afghan kush ryders i have fairly dialed in usually pull around 3 oz or more sometimes from a 3.5 gal

how big is your box ? i grow in a almost 3' x almost 4' and stage them 2 weeks apart 6 plants normally

As many grower claims the 1gm per watt as target yield, is it possible with autoflower strains also ? Any known / done best grow of Autoflower so far ?

@tekdc911 Your idea of staging plants 2 week apart sounds fantastic to take maximum yield in short time and limited space I'll try it from another grow !

I am expecting to get >200 gm + from 2 plants this time Still about a week from harvest, I'll post pics and updates soon !!

its possible for a g/w but considering longer lights on times and like me i grow 24/0 i think it might be better rating gram per kwhr but i dont know how to go about that honestly you seen any of taviddude's think different grows ? im pretty sure he smashes the g/w target
and if you stagger your grows and do perpetual its kinda hard to really factor all of it in

Some more pics !! I have grown these 2 autoflowers under 400 watt HPS in 1m x 0.5m area. I am harvesting right (smaller) plant tomorrow, for left plant still a week more to go

Yeah, it was a happy grow It's the first time i crossed 100gm in single plant of autoflower. These were autoflowering strains (Autoextreme) and took about 80 days from seed to harvest. Nute / light etc is just general. I start the seed in compost mix black soil, and give only water till first 2 weeks. I use general plant nutrients from nearby grocery store , nothing special . After 1-2 weeks of flowering i use 'high nitrogen nutrients' with molasses sometime.

Target to get as much branches as possible, more branches means more bud sites and more harvest, no magic in nutes etc. I almost used the same routine of nutes in each grow, but defoliation is appearing promising for me than LST to maximize the harvest.
