lol..........I ran a 400 for acouple yrs and could get 12 zips in 3x3 area.

12 zips is great imo

sog or scrog with a high yielding clone. every inch of the grow area needs buds in it. doubt you will achieve it though.

A very long veg toppin and lsd will get u what you want.a trellis is needed

My buddy mind melted pulled over a pound under 250 watts and a few CFLs for side lighting in dwc..
Strain was apple jack.. he has an old ass grow journal on here that I love to direct people to when they say you can't pull such and such weight from x amount of watts..
I'm on my phone and finding links is a pita, but the name of the journal is doob's and mind's growpolozza or something along those lines .. or look under mindmelteds user page, you can find it there or under doobieus' user page..
