Any of you getting emails about "donating" to save the White Mountan case?

I don't get this pandering for funds at all by these White Mountain (Elements-Sun City). Anyone stupid enough to donate to these guys deserves to lose their money.

2 wealthy guys decide to open up a Dispensary where one is not supposed to be, they get denied, start a lawsuit that now threatens the entire AMMA and now they ask for money from patients to help them fight for their Dispensary??

Can someone please help me understand how these guys deserve to have the entire MJ community fund their fight when 100 other Dispensary applicants went about it the right way?

i do think the outcome of the case will be pivotal in how MMJ shakes out in Arizona. I was actually thinking about paying $20 to see what it was all about.

I don't see it as being "about" anything more than getting the $ to pay lawyers to fight to open their Dispensary.

I'm just assuming it has something to do with him because I never get Az MMJ emails unless they are from one of his organizations (got involved in a mailing list a couple years back) I got the same email lucius is talking about
