soil or hydro? whats the ph before you add to plants? fungus gnats are generally more of a nuisance but when real bad can cause problems. with all that stuff your putting in your nute mix, that's where I would start. if new to growing I would say start with just your base nutes, micro, grow, bloom.

ps
pics suck under hps. why? it makes it hard to see the true color of the plant, which is very important in figuring out what's wrong.

could be nitrogen but plants look a overwatered. fungus gnats are a good sign the soil is staying to wet also. be sure that soil is dry, which will be harder with the sand or whatever you have on top of soil for gnats, but you can always use the weight method or just dig a finger down in the soil to feel. let us know how it goes

My opinion, you're worried over nothing. If you're that concerned, hit em with a 1/4 shot of veg nutes with your next feed.
Your plant is doing what plants do.
I have no opinion one way or the other, but a lot of people remove fan leaves all the time (healthy ones).
Less to trim when she's done
