Any idea on what's going on with these ladies?

I felt I'd get answers more geared to my growing style, organic soil.
They are 1.5 wks flowering and are getting this weird leaf tip spotting
Growth hasn't seemed to have halted at all just the leaf tips

I'm using SS mix and this time did a mulch of a new brand of EWC
When i transplanted (2g>7g) i didn't fully saturate the 7g just about half what i should have
leaf tips are also curling up slightly
Temps have been 70-73

Looks like a tad bit too much soluble nutrients. Is this a water only grow? Or are you adding nutrients?

Well, ya beat me to it.. My biggest complaint about the SS mix (well, one of a few) is the blood meal, for that reason.
Especially considering you said you didn't water the soil thoroughly when you transplanted.
Blood meal is some STRONG stuff, and it's nearly 100% water soluble, so now, every time you are watering it you are choking it with blood.... mmm lovely thought....
I'd go with neem meal, kelp meal, fish bone meal and crab meal over any combination of bovine products... water soluble is bad for the most part for organics.. I mean it has it's place but... slow release is where it's at.
but I digress, my different approach to soil recipes isn't going to help you at this point.
What i'd do, Is water thoroughly, the key being not a lot at once but over the course of an hour or so, flood the media not so much to where the aeration floats (perlite, etc) but to where the soil accepts the water readily. Do that until the water comes somewhat clearish.
I'd run at least two gallons of water over each container, like I said, water slowly/little at a time, not all at once, or you'll settle the soil and end up with muck at the bottom and perlite at the top.
if you have other plants around your property keep that runoff and dilute it 1/3 for your plants... if you want.
I echo pattahabi's question though, I really hope you aren't adding anything other than water.

Well this is a new batch of SS (updated list vs old way i was using), which was more bone meal this time so that makes sense

Its been water only, I did some water and molasses on the second watering after i saw all this spotting, figuring it would help. The leaves seem to be getting better (they just finished their flowering growth spurt) with slight burning on the the newer leaves, it doesn't look to be progressing and i've only seen it on fan leaves

And the more I've read I can't wait till i'm done with this SS batch so I can start over using products where animals haven't been killed and I won't need a mask to mix together, and some TGA strains....organics one step at a time
