first render your bacon in an oven until crispy, when it comes out wrap it in a paper towel and put a weight on it. any residual fat will break down the candy coat.
then to candy the bacon. first you candy sugar, heat it to "soft crack or hard crack stage" . get some thongs or a fork and dip that shit in there while it is still hot enough to be viscous. once dipped lay them to rest on a silapat, parchment paper or wire cooling rack.

medicated candy bacon?
infuse hash into your maple and drizzle it on top... probably easiest. To me "candied" refers to a crispy texture which wont happen if you had oil to it. to stabilize cannabis oil and spread it even throughout in a homogenous mix in the midst of hard candied sugar you will have to superfast and have your oil or concentrate thinned out with some oil or butter. the less fat you use the more crispy it will be. you dont want to add to much fat to candied sugar otherwise you get a chewy stuck in your teeth sugar. You could definitely infuse your bacon as it cooks as well, stew the bacon pieces in a pot with oil for an hour and let it sit overnight, the bacon will be creamy but you can just get the crispiness in the final product from the candied sugar. medicated chocolate dipped bacon would be easier.
