would these be any good for vegging ? was thinking of 4/5 per foot

Rainy: what's the frequency/color of the light it emits? You want somewhere between 5,000 to 6,500K blue light for grow and veg and red lamps in the 2,700 range for flowering. I hope that helps. HSA
