My 2 cents, start your feed out @ the RECOMMENDED LEVELS according to the maker THEN learn to tweak them.
DON'T start off with some half-cocked formula that this "one guy" used "this one time" and got "10 pounds off 1 plant and a CFL".
The botanist and chemist employed @ those places kinda know their shit.

Ive read about growing until i was cross-eyed, the best way to figure shit out is experience. Trial and error.
This is basically your last post worded differently lol. Banking on a certain amount for your yield is a good way to set yourself up for disappointment, especially with limited experience. Are you growing from seed or clone? id assume since you are super focused on yield youre sourcing clones of a strain that gets massive?
if yields is what youre after, follow @Renfro 's grows and take notes.

From seed and I definitely will I preshiate it . And I don't expect to get crazy yield I except it to be lower than what anybody says would be a decent amount just to not get my hopes high but I do expect myself to figure out how to get good yields and quality after 4 grows. if im doing something in a bad way I'm not gone keep doin it I'm do more research but like u said trial and error is everything I figured that I'll have plenty of trial and error trust me just give me some time I'm sure I'm have tons more questions later on when I start my grow

this factor alone is gonna make it impossible to guarantee a number on yield. you never know what phenotype youll get of any given strain. Ive gotten different results from every strain ive grown in the same space

Forget reading grow bibles and shit like that .... reading / watching vids does not compare to actually getting the dirt .... literally.
Basic gardening practices and experience is a must. If you can’t take a plant from seed to harvest without buying 100 bottles of Nutes , there is something wrong.
Start simple .... soil grows , run bagged medium and learn how cannabis reacts to environment and your “ own “ care.
Your setup / environment / skill dictates the end product.

Sorry I didn't read every reply so I hope I don't echo what someone has already said.
Firstly, don't set goals like that! Set goals like 'I want to make it thru 2 runs with no major issues'. Goals that are eazy to reach. Don't set yourself up for something that might make you lose the passion for growing. The more passion/drive/will/excitement you have about doing what you're doing, the better you'll do it.
Read as much as you can and settle on something, and stick to it. But just know, nothing beats experence. So find something that works for you and stick to it. Master it.. I feel to many people get into this thinking they are growing some magical plant that eats magic food and magic training techniques. It's only as hard as you make it. So don't make it hard.
Fabric pots; I ran coco in redi-root pots for many years. I would go from #1 plastic pots into #5 or 7 fabric. Fabric pots suck to transplant out of. Don't do it. Not worth it. I think the reason some growers poopoo fabric and coco is because coco dries out really quick, and so will the pot, by design. It calls for more watering. The drier it gets the more 'salt buildup' can occur. they say. Another thing with fabric pots is if you like to move your plants around, fabric sucks for that.(redi-root pots solves that). I have since switched to plastic pots though. Less watering as mentioned above.

Ok but what is actually COOLING the lights? 3 1000w lights would heat my entire house even on the coldest -10f winter days...... Where are you sending that heat. How are you taking care of it?

Good point. This why I came here to ask questions. Any tips I'll take. I'm now wondering if u think a couple window seal air conditioners would do the trick? And if I still run into problems with heat should I open windows to clear the hot air out every now and then. Unless u know of a better way to run this set up without heat problems. I feel like I could definitely figure something out. I preshiate u running that by me. I need to research where to ventilate all that hot air out at a constant rate

I’m not familiar with inches and ft but i can calculate close enough. 8 tents sounds like alot waste of money and space, but thats just my opinion.
There would be many things i would change, but everyone’s different so im not saying anything about my fav setup or nutrients etc for situation like this.
add defoliation 2 times in veg (last few days before 12/12) and when you get 3 weeks flowering, i would recommend defoliation. Dont rip all your leaves but the big ones and try to trim lower budsites on veg phase because they aint going mature anytimesoon and will only waste energy.
You decide whetever u listen to me or not, but i can pull that out what you are looking for.

So I just did a little research and found out that I'd need 14,400 BTU's of cooling for 4000w HPS light so with that being said you think one of these 14,000 BTU air conditioners could do the trick I might invest in 2 of them to be safe but what u think. I'm put a picture of it
