Any botanists? Terminology question

Heyy guys,
this has been driving me nuts for a while now, so I figure I'll ask someone who actually knows the answer .

On buds (growing or dried doesn't matter) what are the red/orange (white and pink seem to be more rare) hairs called? Are they pistils? Stigmas? What the hell are they called? haha.

Thank you very much . I originally thought they were pistils, but I hear so much shit when I googled it I just got more confused .
