Greenhouse components (if it were me and $ an issue)
Cinder blocks
Framing
5mm polyethylene (vapour barrier)
Staples
Loam, compost, aged manure (often farmers give it away)
Pick up truck
your labour

First two are often lying around or available at land-fills, recycling places, etc

success!

You could build it out of PVC.. depending on how windy it is where you live. PVC is like $2-$3 for 10ft lengths. I've built mini green house row covers for my veggie garden out of it and the rolls of greenhouse plastic are fairly cheap. Just Google search DIY greenhouses and you'll get a million results and at least a few that'd be suited for your needs. Good Luck!

Make a big-ass garden. On the outsides (all 4 of the square) do a suitable climbing/fruiting plant on a vertical trellis. Make this trellis 8ft tall or more. insert plants that prefer privacy in an 'inner square'. Rock on!

Anyone got a link to a good tutorial on youtube? for the pvc idea? Thanks Wvblazin. and Doublejj thats a 7 hours drive.
Very welcome.. I just did a quick search and didn't watch the video, but here's one and can supposedly be built for under $250..

I just google searched DIY PVC Greenhouse.. you should be able to find step-by-step plans for free. Good luck, they've worked wonders in my veggie garden and I can always plant about a month earlier than everyone else.. great for frost protection as well and can easily be disassembled at the end of the season. I was thinking about building mini greenhouses for my guerrilla grows but they wouldn't exactly be stealthy. Haha.
