Any administrative/organizational/business advice?

I'm planning on taking on a few more patients, expanding into warehouse space this summer, and organizing under a company of one form or another.

any experience, advice, pitfalls to watch out for, keys to success, tax management, anything at all on the non-growing side as I make this step is welcome.
