High for a night, and slow for a month? That didn't even make sense since the guys actions was fowled by his inaccurate flailing of his arms, not his speed...looked pretty fucking fast to me.

It's not a literal meaning of the word "slow". Slow is used in the sense that he's retarded.

I don't understand why it would get banned though. It's anti-drug and it's pretty funny.
