Another Droopy leaves thread

None of the other threads seemed to cover exactly what i needed, anyway.
im growing some bagseed in my closet, under 2 floursescent tubes, in soil. im at a little over 2 weeks. and i noticed my 1st real leaves were yellow but good other than that, then others started drooping a little, so i started searching and decided to cut back on watering, i was watering about everyday, and i figured thats what it was. anyway, its continued to get worse but now where the leaves felt "soggy" for lack of a better word, they are extremely crisp and break off easily. this is as succesful as ive been growing, and i dont want my baby to die... any suggestions or ideas would be much appreciated, sorry no pics.

Well, without any pics I could say it's any number of things. Overwatering, underwatering, and heat stress all cause drooping leaves. What's your setup?

What type of soil are you using? Its hard to tell, but it looks like that soil isn't aerated very well. I would suggest adding perlite to your soil. About 30% perlite / 70% soil.

Watering your plant everyday is pretty much a no-no, so cutting back on it is a good idea. This plant does not like soggy feets. I would venture a guess as this is the problem with the sagging leaves. Maybe root binding, but its still very young.

My suggestion is to get some Super Thrive, Perlite, 5-1-1 Fish Emulsion ferts (for later use depending on the soil you use). You can get all of these items at your local hardware or 'mart' stores in the gardening section. One or two yellowing leaves are not that concerning as long as it doesn't get out of hand. If the yellow gets worse, add some fish emulsion @ 1/4 strength for starts every other watering. Super Thrive @ every watering for your young ladies.

And how about the PH of your soil and water? Having the proper PH levels of each of these will greatly reduce hundreds of future problems in your grow. A PH around 6.5 is key for this plant.

The GrowFaq on this site is very informative. I would start researching that for the future.

After all that, I would lastly suggest getting some more floros for your plants.

Good luck

yea, i cut back on watering, i know that soil is pretty crappy, the pot it was in fell so that just kind of happened... its doing better, no improvement on lower leaves, but new growth is fine. i know i need more lighting, budget is a little restrictive for the time being. i havent been too worried thusfar because my internode length is staying fairly short, especially compared to some grows taht ive seen. thanks for the help...
o yea, btw, ive read grow guides till im sick of it... and then read for a few more hours... and videos... ive noticed the same grow guides are all over. anyway, thanks 4 the help, and good luck with ur respective grows
