Anon25314's Medical Grow

Title says it all, just starting up my first big boy grow op. Got my medical here for my chronic pain, won't go much into detail but have severe pain and mobility issues so not doing alot of DIY stuff. Just got the organic soil mixed up with the help of some strong arms. I used the recipe from someone that posted in the organics thread and added a lil somethn extra.
Soil recipe:
1.5cubic feet Fox Farm Ocean Forest
-38cups Wiggle Worms Earthworm Casting (1-0-0)
-10cups organic Perlite(may add more eventually)
-11tsp Rooters Mycorrhizae
*Soil Base

-1.5cups DtE bat guano (9-3-1)
-1.5cups Down to Earth Fish Bone Meal (3-16-0)
-1.5cups Dte Kelp Meal (1-0-2)
-1.5cups Espoma Tomato Tone (3-4-6)
*Nutritional Amendments

-1.5cups Azomite(used as a rock dust)
-1 cup Espoma Green sand
-1.25cups Hi-Cal Lime
*Mineral Amendments

Watered this with a gallon of tap water and mixed well. Going to let sit for at least 3 weeks before I pop seed.


As for my grow tent setup this is roughly what it will be:
27"×27"×63" tent on a table so I dont have to bend down. Getting a 3500k, 210 watt LED timber light thats 21"×8"×5" or something like that. Has a coverage of 2x2.5 ft so I figure this should be enough to grow a couple plants with SCROG or LST.

And a 6 inch clip fan, will this be enough ventilation or will I need another 6 or 4 inch fan pulling air into the tent?

I scratched the 27x27 tent and went with a 2x2 secret jardin dark street. Waiting to mount my fan above the grow tent once some things come in the mail but this is the setup as of right now! Got some seeds on the way from Great Lakes Genetics. All regular seeds this run so not gonna scrog but will prolly end up doing LST on the plants or do a SOG since I'm going to have a handful of good seeds to start with.
Soil has been cooking for about 2 weeks but i took some out and flushed it a bit to start the seedlings in. Got some rando bag seeds germinating right now just to get something started as I just can't help myself. The seeds should have been on the way to me by now but the money got to the PO box late and holiday week/weekend here :/. Possibly can get my hands on some seeds from a grower I know, possibly fem seeds as well so big hype.
Waiting on my big LED light to come in the mail so I am just gonna use this lil 15 watt cfl to pop seed.

Yes its highly likely that your 4inch fan will be more than enough to sort your ventilation needs out without adding an intake.

Loool i 1000% figured that out when i got the fan setup. Thing can pump

Got the fan hooked up and running and 4 lil bag seeds going under the lamp until my Bodhi gear gets here. Or until I can get my hands on some other seeds from a local source.
It's actually kinda mind blowing to me that I'm growing medical for myself as I dreamed of being able to do this with a real setup for years. I've done shitty closet and outdoor grows before but this time I had money to invest in my medicine. I can't wait for what's to come!

Found something to rig another 13 watt cfl in there. Couldnt find a bigger bulb in the house. Again this is just to pop seed and keep em going till my real deal light fixture comes in the mail this week. Then I'll throw the dimmer on the lowest setting n work up from there.

Day 1 today, had one seed make it thru the catastrophe last night. The carbon filter fell on all my plants and prob dented the bars holding up the tent. Found 3 out of 4 seedling and replanted and cleaned. 1 has popped so today is day 1 of this bagseed. My bodhi gear should be on the way soon, the GLG team msged me saying they were on vaca

Whats up with these guys back here? last time i watered they kinda like fell I guess. I am trying to make sure the 2 week olds get dry before I water then wait untill i see some runoff. Been about every other day I have to water them.
The Bodhi seeds have started to pop, I have 2 Lemon Penetration, 2 Super Silver Hashplant and 2 Love Triangle. I will be happy if I can at least pull 2 fems out of all the real deal gear and maybe a couple bag seeds. I will be taking clones of any of the bodhi fems once I sex and reveg em in a cab I will build soon.Right now I'm watering with URB and liquid seaweed in RO water ph'd to around 6.8, gonna keep doing this until I see signs of nute defs then make some compost teas . I plan to start flower in the solo cups once this light gets here in 2 days and I get it set up properly. I might keep everything in veg another week after that just to get em healthy. Once flowers and nuts show I will transplant the ladies into grow bags and add mycho to the hole before transplanting. Current lighting is a 75w LED and 15w CFL. temps and humidity are staying around 70-80F and 40-55%. could be better but this summer has been crazy with rain and heat. Also am only allowed 6 veg 6 flowering so this is also why I wanna kick everything into flower soon to start taking out the males. Next grow will be from fem seed and/or clone to save the headache

Timber grow light is finally here! Seems like only 5/6 of the bodhi seeds are popping up. The last one to go in was a love triangle, it didn't germinate well but I wanted to try and grow it up. Sadly hasn't popped soil so im just gonna throw it in the corner of my tent n forget about it. Lights are on 18/6 and will stay like this for another 2 weeks or until I am ready to flower. Already learning lessons for the next grow. Light is at 50% right now and temps are doing okay. Probably will get a better humidifier, I basically got this one free because amazon sent it to the wrong address and I got a refund so I can't complain lol.

5 bag seed plants are about 6-7 inches tall and 5 of the bodhi seedlings are about 2-3 inches. The 6th popped but is the complete runt of the litter. Will prob toss it. Fed them a compost tea yesterday and cleaned the tent up a bit. Gnats are getting annoying so im grabbing gnat traps. Going to transplant the bodhi seedlings soon into grow bags.

Been a while, neglected my personal thread. 2 SSH and 1 LP were female. LP is boosted up on an old box and a stack of spacers taped up. The top colas are 18inch from the light as directed by the manufacturer's instructions. Didn't scrog but did some LST so there is at least 4 tall colas on each plant. This is day 33 since the 12/12 flip.
Flowers started to show in the tent within the first week of flip and had to downgrade quick. Note to self use fem seed or clones from the LP for next grow!
Clones were taken but only the 2 LP clones have held up so far. Once I can see some roots growing I plan to fix up a lil stealth cab for vegging.
One SSH doesn't really smell that much,the tallest plant, the other is starting to smell gassssy. The LP has this skunky sweet smell going on and I am diggin it. The LP does not grow as vigorous as the SSH but if the buds are nice I might just do a run of the lemon and see how good I can get it.

Harvest time @ day 50 for one of the hash plants! It was getn ready and I really needed the space in the tent for the other 2 plants to get some better light the last few weeks.
