Am I underwatering or overwatering? (Outdoor grow) (Beginner)

Hey guys I am new to growing and I was wondering if I was under-watering or overwatering my plant. I use to use just bottled water for most of its growing, but just yesterday I started using tap water that I let sit overnight. Is it possible that the water caused it? Am I over-watering or underwatering? Please help!

Tip: dont use clay pot bc it dries out faster bc it retains heat off lights/sun.
What kind of soil are you using? Lights? nutes? What seems to be the problem, yellowing?

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I am growing outdoors. :-? I am using some random organic soil with Kellogg's Amend. There is no yellowing at all. It's just tonight when I went go check on it, it looked rather odd. It looked to me as if I was overwatering or underwatering because the leafs look weirder than usual. Is it normal for them to droop like that?

Diabolical666^^ is correct, tho you can paint the inside to prevent the clay sucking it up, but really 10-20% per volume per week is good, go by the weight of the pot, the hotter it is the more you water, this time of year 100mls per week should do you well!

TRy to repot into something other then a clay pot once it establishes a good root system.
Let it dry out 75% before watering . Whats your climate like?

@vostok So should I just switch to plastic containers, etc? And so I am underwatering?
I'd wait another month or so, until it gets about the size of your fist and add 30% perlite to aid in drainage and compaction look for a 18 liter or 3 us gallon pot

Its a little heat and light stressed atm, try to find her a shade spot the hottest part of the day. Too young to have so much heat n light. If she survived the 100's in the bright sun so far then its a tough plant;)

Haha she does seem tough. :) I moved her into a spot where it gets more sun during the day, so maybe thats why this has happened. Before she was in a spot that got sun, but not as much!

@Diabolical666 Yeah she's my first plant! So I'm doing my best to take care of her haha. I sprouted 5 other seeds with the paper towel method and I threw them in pots last night (clay though, imma have to change it later!!!!!) but they haven't sprouted, so I'm patiently waiting for them so that my first one will have company. :)
