Long story short. I made 2 purchases from Attitude during their last promotion . few days apart.
Packages arrived few days apart with green tape on them and piece of paper enclosed saying that seeds been confiscated . I contacted the Attitude, sent them emails with pictures and they said no problem, and later i received email from them saying that they are going to re ship them. plus i am waiting for another package from Original Sensible Seeds ( btw great prices and selection ).. Now i am worry that my address may be on US Customs system and every time i have package coming from overseas they will pull it over.

You're good! I've had countless customs letters and no circling black helicopters yet. They've got bigger problems to tend to I figure. You'll get your beans, just might take some extra time. Had my attitude order stopped 3 times in a row once

The amount of contraband coming through customs is so overwhelming that a handful of MJ seeds is not going to get anyone put on any list. Like the above poster said, they have much bigger fish to fry.

for sure i am going to change the address and the name. Strange, I been buying beans since the 2012 at least 3 times a year, and this is the first time they were confiscated.
I guess i was very lucky

Some customs departments are better than others. Chicago's is where I read about most orders getting snagged. They're pretty gung ho about things there. The department mine go through have never snagged mine but I use Herbies. I saw someone mention the other day about picking the Tides random item stealth shipping. 9 out of 10 orders snagged from what I see are from mugs. I guess having a cute mug is more important? You're safe though I'd say. If It's going to make you paranoid then just hold off for a while. If not you'll end up peeking out the windows every 15 minutes lol. Use that paranoia when it comes to smell control.

I never had those kind of problems dealing with seed banks, but I have been doing my own crosses, so no need anymore. But, I was always under the impression that when you purchase "souvenir's" from another country, it is perfectly legal. There is no thc to worry about...is there? Hope it turns out well for you friend. Good luck. Peace

The fact of the matter is the u.s customs does not have the right to confiscate seeds, bcause to possess seeds is not illegal in the u.s

I have to disagree with the above two posters. It is not legal to possess or import seeds in the US. I wouldn't worry too much about your seeds being confiscated though. I have had it happen a few times and other than being an inconvenience, it is nothing to worry about.

I did more reading and i think it is not about just a cannabis.
just like when you drive from Arizona or Nevada to California you have to drive through the check point of Department of Agriculture. they always ask if you bringing any food with you.

Yeah it's not because it's cannabis seeds, it's because it's seeds, period. Seeds and plants are not allowed into the US from another country. If it had been tomato seeds the same thing would have happened, green tape, letter, etc.....

Guys its not rocket science, ever since the mid 70's the post office has had auto sorting machines,...just enter the zip/post code of herbies or attitude into the machine any post will be diverted to its own tray, then the fat ass official is to snip them open and out tips your beans ...no big deal...best option is to use a different seedbank each time,...now that was back in the 70's .....JUST IMAGINE WHAT THEY CAN DO NOW?

You should write them a letter asking for your seeds back then. Explain that to them, and I am sure they will understand.
Technically you could get your lawyer to get a license from the dept of agriculture to import said seeds for experiment purposes,
ensuring the plants will be destroyed by fire .....lol

The one thing I figured out about ordering seeds, is to have them shipped in the smallest package possible. I just want seeds, no t shirts, mugs, socks, zip. I used to be able to do that with Attitude, but now they force you to get something. I had to get a wallet last time, and you know where they put the beans? In the silica packs that came with the wallet. I opened the package, pulled out my freebies that were in the wallet, and said what the fuck. Called Attitude, spoke to what's her name, and she said Oh yes, they are in the silica packs. I said the ones that I just threw away? Why yes! I said holy shit, dug through my garbage, and there they were. I still can't figure out how they got the fuckers in there. So, moral of the story, no large items. Works for me.

Incorrect, it is legal to order seeds from a seedbank.

I would like to share some updates.
Called back to Attitude and the girl who answer the phone told me that they always insert silica pack into the packages to make sure no moisture in the package. And customs recently started to pay attention to it
She said they are going to reship it with regular mail.(not sure what is the difference).
Vostok is right. time to change the Bank. I was looking into Canadian banks. They are neighbors. BC Bud Depot has very good genetics, but not very good reviews. I went to their website and was able to chat with the guy (which is the good thing ) But i am so not use to send cash in the envelope.
