Am I Right To Start Flushing Now?

Thank you for being polite. I believe you on the cash grab operations, I just find it hard to discredit every person who has grown both ways and smoked both ways and thinks flushing is a postive. My point is that with out something saying there is 'x' benefit, neither side is right or wrong.
Not sure why it's so common for people to be against flushing to be so rude though.
That is funny. You come in with half a brain. Can't follow the discussion and say we are rude.

YOU ARE RUDE.

@blimey I can not tell you all the times I have seen plants get sprayed with pesticides, then chopped, hung dried and off to the store never jarred, it happens more than we care to know. There are a lot of growers in it for the $$$ that don't give 2 damns bout any patients needs.

feeding a plant till the end gives you a healthy, stress resistant plant that has what it needs to properly ferment into good medicine.

As long as it is properly cured there are ZERO issues
are you kidding? in cali they dry as quickly as they can with a food dehydrator and to the store it goes!

no cure and those idiots pay coin.

I don't keep insulting people, the worst you have accused me of is being unintelligent, while you repeatedly insult people for no reason, I'm not the rude one in that situation.

A person's review of a product is as much their emotional response to the info they know about it as it is to the actual qualities of the product. If you take identical cars and put a different logo on one and sell it for $15k more than it's cheaper clone you will also notice the $15k more expensive car will get better reviews. This is our screwed up psychology. If we want it to be good we make ourselves think it's good.

To sum this all up, people's opinions are worthless unless they are kept blind to what one is flushed vs not flushed and they shouldn't even know that one is flushed and one is not. the best test would be to ask what strain they like better and have them be clones flushed and not.

Nice, got post 420, lol.
hence AN:lol:

And without a cure it does taste a bit harsh. But the idiots say, "You must flush and that will change."

Now you want to argue about rude.

How old are you? Arguing is rude.

Edit: a benefit such as increased yield or potency, not just general health.
I do understand what you are saying but please consider that the hardest part of growing is actually the cure and there are a lot of growers that don't understand it let alone do it properly. example is how many threads get posted (daily) bout my buds smell like hay, or is this mold etc

NO WAY a fucking medical patient should know. I know that it is a cash crop for some but since my friend has been hospitalized due to that.. the cause was a reaction to the hash chemicals that were still in the plant// she smokes and does edibles. Now weather ity was very hash pesticides or what we can not say because she did not grow that then.

There is nothing you can say about that. That is a fact and since then she grows her own to make sure its clean. So its still a preference but try telling her that ./..she can show you big doctor bills for it.

go to DR. tell them you have a problem and you smoke weed, guess what dr. is going to say caused your problem. your logic is failed.

lol, that is the stuff I'm talking about, how would you narrow the cause down to flushing vs non, answer, you can't, total logic fail on her or the Dr's part.

I get called a troll because I disagree.
My argument has been the same since post 15 and nobody has shown that feeding until harvest increases yield or potency.
You guys are forum warriors, because I disagree with a well known forum poster that you like you tell me stfu and leave, form your own thoughts.

Fucking troll. Get thee behind me and begone.
He has a point about you being a dick. You only beg to be attacked by calling names. Lets try debating instead of arguing, debating isn't rude and doesn't involve name calling. Just making cases and pointing out weaknesses.

Lol you think copying a graphic from google makes a genius ? lolol
I will explain , flushing makes the plants feed on the acumulated nutrients , your worst enemy is Nitrogen , Nitrogen is a very mobile nutrient , flushing makes your plant feed on the acumulated nitrogen , thats why your leaves turn yellow with n deficiency and very dark with excessive nitrogen , you dont want to chop a plant with too much N acumulated , no matter what you dont it will taste like crap , unles you dont know the diference.
I like to smoke and enjoy the smoke , if you just want to enjoy the High its up to you.
I agree with your point. After feeding the plant for almost 3 months at a ppm average of 1200 say, the nutrients available in the root system will keep that plant healthy for a long fucking time. In soil, you could easily stop feeding at 6 weeks on an 8 week grow because there are enough nutes already available. In hydro, I stop adding nutes at week 6 for an 8 week plant. Do a PPM reading on the drop off of nute levels in a week, by simply adding H2O. I will bet that your PPM reading hardly drops at all, simply because of stored nutes in the root system.
Some people claim that flushing does nothing. I believe, and practice a dramatic reduction in nutrients in the final 2 or 3 weeks. I can observe the EC drop, knowing that the purity of the water is washing the plant out. Simple. So, all you guy's out there that do 1500 PPM until the end of growth, try dropping out at week 6 with the nutes, and you will have better burning and tasting smoke at 10 weeks. Simple and cost effective. This is what I have found to be true.
