Am I ready to put my clone into soil?

Yes they look fine and without any doubt you can put into the soil. but before that you should make sure that the soil should be loose and fluffy so that it can get the proper space to grow. so don't pack your soil tightly. here are the few tips to grow marijuana.

Also forgot to ask, I'm using ffof soil - should I give them a light dosing of nutrients aswell or just water?

considering even a seed or a fresh cutting is ready to plant in soil....
what makes you think a plant with healthy roots showing wont be ready?
read a grow bible quick. feeding new roots or not is a in the first chapter of most.
its really that important right now for you to succeed later. The questions get tougher, the
controls get more expensive, the failures do to. A grow bible can prevent 100% of the issues
and 100% of the questions too.

Just plain water. That FFOF is pretty HOT. Should be good with plain water for a few weeks.
