Am I making a big deal out of this or justified?

So I usually get my weed from my older bro out of convenience and so I don't have to drive to some shady part of town. The last two times I purchased half an eighth of quality herb at $25 per. the first half I thought seemed short so I purchased a scale and after weighing it out came to 1.3 grams and the second half a few days later weighed 1.4 grams. I'm not great at math but (1) 1/8 equals 3.5 grams so shouldn't I expect to get 1.7 grams if buying a half?

I guess ultimately what I'm asking is how much do I have to be shorted to justify bitching about it without looking like a cheap as? Should I find another dealer or is he entitled to a "finders fee" without even asking me about it?

1.4+1.3=2.7.....an 8th is 3.5

3.5-2.7=0.8

He prolly scales out your 1.7 and then loads a few bowls and gets high on your expense.

A half gram, or .4g seems about right for someone to pinch

Most scales are accurate to .1 so if you were looking for 1.7 and it was 1.5 or less i'd bitch

You should confront him. not cause he pinched it. He went and got it so it seems only fair. I'd just be pissed he lied to you about it.

It's pretty shitty for your own brother to be ripping you off.. if anything he should maybe hook you up a little cause you're family. I would definitely say something about it.. if it continues then find yourself another dealer.

The thing is I already confronted him about the first bag being short and he just shrugged his shoulders so I doubt he'll care about the second bag. I flippin HATE people who steal so I'll probably never buy form him again, I don't even want to hang out with him anymore

Ive never heard of people selling half eights, that itself sounds fishy to me. If you let them rip you off a tenth of a gram and said dealer see's this it is only going too get worse for you. If you do not confront him and tell him that he will lose your business if it keeps happening it is only going too get worse and worse for you. Hope you can resolve this petty bullshit, cheers.

I believe that they split an eighth and his brother split the sack.


It's common practice over here, an eighth is like the first price break.

Most of the time its $50 an eighth, and if you don't know the dude your gettin it from it's usually going to be $20 a gram (yes, $20. redic, I get/give for $15)

My bro was ripping me off so I found who was hooking him up than cut his lunch
all his contacts are my mates so I sorted them too at a slightly cheaper rate
