Looking nice bro. Is that 50 days of flowering or from seed?
Also, the best way to assess ripeness and the time of harvest is to check the trichomes. They're the lollipop looking glands covering the buds and leaves (the crystals). A 40-100x magnifying loop will be great here. You want to see mostly cloudy trichomes with about 20% Amber ........ The longer you wait the more Amber trichomes you'll have. With every other factor kept the same including strain and pheno:
Harvest earlier => more of a head high
Harvest later => more towards a body stone.
My advice............... Harvest your plants at different times (clip the top 1/3 or half first after checking trichomes then lower the light and let the bottom go longer, check trichomes and harvest when more Amber than the first harvest) ...... Try both and see which effect you prefer. Note the amount of Amber in the buds you like better. Now you know exactly when to harvest this particular strain next time you grow it!

Thanks for the reply. This is 50 days of 12&12 starting from first day counting + 2 week stretch total 50 days. veged indoors
flowered out doors, organic nutes dirt vermiculite. kiss method. plastic green house lol.
it worked had a few nibbles hereand there from leaf hoppers. all in all pretty good. just for my needs.

Very very nice bro ...... Alright so you're close to harvesting since both strains flower for around 60+/- days. It is TIME to keep an eye on the trichomes. Get yourself a cheap magnifying loop online and start checking them. When you think it looks about right, clip a nugget, dry it fast and smoke it. Don't pay too much attention to Tue taste and smell because the nug isn't cured. But at least you get to check the high and see if its to your liking .....
