Yea thats what i was hoping the heat sig would look nomal, and the smell wouldn't be an issue, even with all the fans off the extraction draws like a chimney should & because the room is almost air tight the 2 intake fan holes pull it in

I turned everthing off and blew smoke in front of the two intake fans both blew away, then blew in front of the extraction duct & it sucked in lol

and they do have somewhere i dont know have that stuff where u put it on top of the ceiling and block the heat from being detected

You dont need to if you fully insulate the attic space, all ya gotta do is make sure all the boards are pushed in tight, and duct tape all the joints up, and its like an air tight vault connected to the chimney system.

There is a constant tepm of 72 in there, when the lights are on, no fluctuations, but after lights out im at nature's mercy

I will try my best to get some pics tomorrow and start a new journal

but when they do that helicopter fly over with the infered they could tell but with this stuff put up they wont

Yea this stuff is whats behind most exterior walls in houses and because its a sealed unit no windows and the door is air tight its better at holding the heat than your standard bedroom & because the bulb has cold air onto it and the extraction pulls the heat away, i don't think theres enough time for the heat to build up

The only heat sig they should see is the heat out of the chimney, and the same heat will be coming out of every chiney arround me due to it being winter

and ya its some what cold sence the heater in my room dont work
all the other rooms have heat but not heat is coming from my duck on the floor :0(
i have it in my closet and its warmer in there

I was always curious about the ghetto bird flybys since it's illegal for them to use FLIR (doesn't mean they don't do it)...but also whenever you see those high speed chases in the suburban neighborhoods they use FLIR and you if you notice you can't see any heat signatures coming through the roof even if theres a chimney, space heater or hot water heater...only the windows sometimes...
