Am I being charged too much?

I'm in kind of a funky situation. I just moved to Vegas and I got pretty lucky and found a clean dealer quick. His stuff is pretty dank, I've bought from him a few times, And he delivers it to my door, So I want to keep him. Problem is, His prices are ridiculous and don't go down much the more you buy. Here are the prices he gave me:

20 - 1 Gram
60 - 3.5 Gram
120 - 7 Gram
230 - 14 Gram

Am I wrong to assume 7 Grams would cost less per gram than 3.5 would? I thought it was a general rule of thumb to drop the $ per gram the more someone buys at once. Any information would be awesome, Thanks guys.

i dont buy from dealers nomore but when i did i paid for that and those are still the prices cannabis is more though

I think hes saying he pays 5 dollars a g and 10 a g for the some real good. I live pretty much in a rural area and pay what you are paying. Id think you could probably get a little better deal but if it came to my door and was fire id be happy. The only time i get mine for 10 a gram is when all the outdoor growers harvest and that usually goes for 70 a quarter or 250 an ounce.

generally 20 a g doesn't mean 20 a g at more than three grams... usually most people cut you a break in quantity when purchasing more than an eighth at a time... or zips would cost about 566$ each... if you can't get your "guy" to give you 7 gram quarters for less than 120 you may not be getting a very good deal... but it also is dependent on quality and relative scarcity in your area (which we don't know, or need to even if you were able to tell us about the conditions of your situation)...

Nevada is a medical state, And $20 a g for buying in bulk is abnormal I thought. I've never heard of people paying over $350 for an ounce, And I'd be paying almost $450.

Dude is busting your chops. 50 1/8 180 1/2 325 oz. Is what I do

$120 for a quarter is insane. If you cant get it for $100 or less, you're overpaying. I payed $80/qtr just a few years ago; even at the club its $75/80 for a quarter for the super dank buds.

Correct, I wasn't inferring that Nevada wasn't . I was just saying that the price is a bit high for it being a medical state. If it were a non med state then i would not balk at that price. Most people offer discounts on volume, personally if I were to sell it would be $120 for a quarter ounce, $350 for a ounce, but if you buy a QP I would let that go for $1300 and a pound for $4800. Please note that this is for really good MJ, not ditch weed or Canadian middies. Scarcity is what drives prices, non med states have less weed for sale and there are penalties if caught so the price reflects those risks. The price is only going to keep going up due to inflation, and inflation is really going to start taking off soon, don't be surprised if in a couple years weed is selling for $40-$50 a gram.

I didn't think paying an extra dub over isn't that insane...I agree with NoDrama but he may be in a different geographic region.

It's an extra dub for a quarter, But it adds up to me paying $100 extra for an ounce. I'm overpaying more and more extremely quick.

It depends where you are good weed can go from 40-70 dollars an eighth big cities usally charge around 500 dollars for an ounce. I live in a suburban area and the super flame goes for 350 an ounce and regular good weed goes for 275-300. Around here if you pay more than that you do not have a good reputation with the growers and dealers. 20 a gram is average but around here no one will pay that unless it is super funk sticky smells your whole house up glazed in crytals. we sell half eigth here for 25 that is what most people buy since everybody is broke now a days.

Damn! 350 an O...... rite now there are meds in Cali going for $150 an O, granted its outdoor but some of it is killer stuff, top strains..... its hard to compete rite now, octobers harvest really dropped the value here.
