aloe ferment

hello and good day to everyone at riu - im looking to ferment aloe in order to stabilise it so it may be bottled and stored
because im looking to market it in farm store - i have found this article on steemit but how much aloe to how much water - i know the sugar is 1:1

Do you have a large supply of aloe? You plan to market this as a product?

yes i do - i am planning on selling this all over the country- just got to get some base testing done -what do you guys think of my idea as i remember when rooting hormone was short and people wondering what they would do and i had a lightbulb moment.
