Yes, I am sure they were written with our best interests in mind just like the Patriot Act and Clean Air Act

you guys are freaking out over nothing. so you cant sell to someone that doesn't have a card. you need a real doctor not a fake one, you cant transport unless you have a good reason and cops need probable cause to pull up your patient caregiver info. they might not need a warrant to get the info but they still need one to search a home.
You have to watch those guys they're tricky. they will always try to gain access with out a warrant. their favorite line is "do you mind if I come in and speak to you for just a moment"? in witch case you say no and then they come in because you just said no i don't mind. the best thing to do is say loud and clear you can not come in. a tape recorder always changes their tune.

Here are links to the new wording: The card will be good for 2 years now, they did make it more restrictive for anyone to access the registry,..These 4 are not terryifing..it's the set of bills with p2p that will be interesting..

4856 prevents anyone from using public transportation or riding with friends with weed on you.
It is Catch-22 to screw us man.

I'm an Independent voter; but I have to say I doubt I will ever vote for a rethuglican again since watching these dinosaurs in action close up.
I'd rather vote for Kwame Kilpatrick than any of the morons we have running Lansing.

Amen!
(and for the record, I believe NOW Kwame will be an awesome politician. He has learned valuable lesson about pride and power. As an intelligent black man hopefully he does something with his future.)

Yeah - what a tragedy - he didn't have to go there.
The feds are going to hurt him bad.

You can make your own photos with a digital cam and photo editing software.

The trick would be to figure what distance from you the camera needs to be so that when resized the face is the correct proportion.
My neighbor is a nurse who goes abroad sometimes to help poor people, and I helped her make one for a passport.
She has photo printer and just had to cut them to size.

A photo booth at the next expo or whatever would be a good business I should think.
I can't see any but pot doctors buying the equipment to make photos for us.
And I have to wonder if their days are numbered or not.
I wouldn't be at all surprised if the LARA imposes all sorts of crap on them at the behest of the legislature.

These fuckers are doing Dispensaries next, and I expect the final bills for those will just kick us all in the gut a little harder.
They sure want that tax money; but they sure don't want us. Dumbasses.

Yes. I have sat back and watch the feds develop the case. I sure hope some of the decades of corruption in Detroit has been stopped.
Man I know a guy who owns a company that has done work for the city since White guys were Mayor.
His company has been paying a Mayor of Detroit scratch since day 1.
At a minimum they want you to buy seats, or entire tables, at political fundraisers.
Attendence is not mandatory - just the tickets to the show.

He used to have some great Coleman Young stories.
He dealt with Kwame too.

Also so they can see if the 4 oz's in your trunk is ok..stuff like that. Could it be mis used..sure. All the doomsday preppers will argue that it will be used all the time.
It's not needed for possession cases, the card is there for that.

They should've made it so that they need a search warrant to pull a name, and that names would automatically be pulled whenever a marijuana search warrant is issued so that patients are never raided. The lack of judicial oversight means it will be a free for all fishing expedition for the police.

That, or since most gardens are legal now, indications of growing should not constitute probable cause anymore. Guns are often used for crimes, but most are owned legally, just as with marijuana. The Massachussets Supreme Court issued a ruling stating that since 1oz or less is decriminalized in MA, the smell of mj no longer constitutes probable cause for the search of a vehicle.

They will abuse this information. You can be sure of that, especially with Bill Schuette as the state's top cop. Most of these guys think mj should always be illegal and think we are criminals getting away with murder. They will do anything they can to put us in jail, especially because busts mean asset seizures and auctions, the proceeds of which go entirely to the police. Due to budget cuts many of their salaries are paid for by seizures.

This is a good point. Scary. You won't be able to carry anything on the bus, because you can't put it somewhere where it's not accessible there.

Briefcase on a bus...And I think "ride with" is only plants. A non card holder, i belive, can ride with a card holder..so long as any weed is "inaccessable'...only plants must be transported with "only cardholders" present..

I was thinking about selling clones on the people mover after games and shit. There goes another idea, shot down by 'the man'. Another idea was that some cops can moonlight as security guards and shit. Well if I could get some of them to get their cards and they have the vehicles and equipment to deliver meds. It would be pretty cool. Who would answer their door though. That is something I am working on.
Maybe I should try to get a deal going with the fire department. Then I could say I have that fire! Then if a firetruck pulled up with your weed, that would be pretty fucking cool. Mayor Bing better start returning my emails. I don't sit around and think of this shit for nothing.

A briefcase isn't likely to help. The problem is, the way that bill is worded, it's probably going to be interpreted to mean "out of reach." As in, in the back seat or the glovebox, etc., at best. It may even be interpreted to mean that it needs to be strapped to the roof. You know how the CoA is.

An emergency response vehicle is a great idea. A fire truck may not be low-key, but hot shit no less!
What's it take to get some other rig with better gas milage? paint it red, orange or lime green. this could be sweet for a delivery service, medical emergencies only! maybe I'll just wear a lab coat and keep driving a honda.
