Alien Base on the Dark Side of the Moon

My guess would be the Van Allen belt. I kinda like watching the station flybys. The first time I seen it I waved.:mrgreen:

the dust is like glass shards very destructive harsh environment and the radioactivity levels are off the chart outside the earths polar fields

The moon is REALLY far away. The space station is a short jaunt. Refueling / maintenance / crew swap missions would not be practical or safe on the moon.
So do you think there's an alien base on the moon and we're going to piss off the aliens when we "bomb" the moon?

NO!

If they were on the moon they wouldn't be dumb enough to put their base on the side that takes direct strikes from all sorts of debris.

All around the earth. The shuttle went thru a "thicker" than usual part and the astronauts could see the radiation with their eyes closed.:cool:

I don't think the aliens will be anymore pissed than they already are.

We have a belt? I was watching something on the discovery channel, talking about how all of the planets actually have rings of debris or whatever circling them....but the only planet you learn about in school having rings is Saturn! WTF?
