The fascination with children and sex with them, including the proclamations that the child was a willing participant, is not new on the right. Not at all. I’m not saying a liberal idiot wouldn’t commit incest. But you don’t hear this low mumbling of approval on the left regarding sexual activity with children including marrying them. Anyone who viewed the multiple pictures over the years of Trump and Ivanka would have every reason to reasonably suspect incestuous behavior. Up to and including doing the deed.

Republican leaders have waded into the deep end. From a WaPo article, this is what they are saying about Trumps walk back from a constitutional crises over the census citizenship question:

“Top figures in the conservative legal community are stunned and depressed by President Trump’s cave in his fight for a citizenship question on the 2020 Census,” Axios reported. “Sources say Leonard Leo and other Federalist Society stalwarts were shocked and floored by how weak the decision was. ‘What was the dance all about if this was going to be the end result?’ a conservative leader asked.”

Imagine being so removed from reality that hard right leaders can honestly say they didn't see that one coming and "shock". Depression, even.

So, now, Acosta.
Trump on Acosta: He is a tremendous talent, he is a Hispanic man, he went to Harvard, a great student, and...we're going to miss him.

Trump plays the victim again, when the real victims were the ones who saw Acosta fail to defend the honor and deliver justice to Epstein's victims.

All of the wailing and rending of garments on the right, however, should not obscure the truth in these incidents: When Trump and his accomplices’ base mendacity is laid bare, the American people (even some of his supporters) cannot stomach it. The lesson therefore is simple: Expose, accuse, hammer and demand accountability. It doesn’t always work, but it does now and then. When it does, truth, decency and our democratic system are vindicated.

SO it turns out that he will probably be charged with witness tampering as he has been arranging for large sums of money to be sent to witnesses since his arrest in order to influence their willingness to testify against him.

My guess is that he is especially concerned about the ones that will testify that Donald Trump fucks kids.

Word is the government is going to seize everything and he will be broke and die in prison.

Plus, the hush money payoff about the aborted love child (now, that's believable). It was to be named Danke. "That's what I heard".
