Here are some pics from week 4.

Those initial leaves that were initially burnt and slowly dying off.

Questions
- Any comments on the inter-node spacing?
- Should I get a fan in there to help make the main branch stronger? Does it really make a significant difference?

I am planning on getting a 250W HPS for flowering. I will line the entire cabinet with mylar soon.
:leaf::leaf: Everything looks great. Inter-node spacing is perfect. I can't wait to see more. AK47 is some good shit. :leaf::leaf:

Those latest pictures are kind of misleading. The height is about 3-4" right now. I'd like to lower them more, but the poor ventilation seems to cause the leaves to contract. I believe this is due to heat. The cones above each seem to work pretty well though. I would like to lower the lights, but I seriously need better ventilation. I just don't know how to do it without drilling holes in the board that holds the light fixtures.

I am not entering week 7, and have had a bit of a crisis. My partner thought that the ladies were pot bound and were being stressed. He then shut off the lights for about 2 whole days, and we then repotted them. The result were that some leaves were dead and some were dying.

They have made a pretty good recovery. I've attached pics. We'll probably start flowering in about 2 weeks.

ive seen a few grows and from what i can tell, the closer the bulbs the better man, my friend had like 4 lights around his main cola on his last plant and the bud around the lights literraly trippled in size compared to the buds that were greater than 6 inches from the light

Thanks for the comment. I would move the lights but they're all at the same height so I end up burning leaves.

Anyways, I'm going to switch to 12/12 soon and bring in a 250W HPS system, in about a week or two.

Here are more updated pics. They seem to be a lot fuller now. Still have a few burnt up leaves but we're keeping it well groomed.

I'm going to be redoing the whole cabinet to have one space for flowering and another for vegging. The flowering chamber will run an HPS and 2 120mm outtake case fans, and veg will be below it, run up to 12 23W CFLs and have intake fans.

well I fell off for a while, but I am back to updating.
Here are some pics.

Just a note, I am now using a 250W HPS and I have a separate vegging chamber in one cabinet.
The veg chamber is using 6500K CFLs with homemade ghetto reflectors.

I have 2 Flowering ladies and they are about 4-5 weeks in.
I have 4 Vegging ladies who are recent clones.

Still dealing with some heat issues in the veg cab, as I have no exhaust fan.
I suspected a light leak due to slow flowering process initially. I have since tried to cover up potential leaks through fans. Hopefully that works. When should I expect to start seeing trichomes?

new pics. 6-7 weeks into flowering! Don't recall when I started.

Buds are growing, slightly more trichomes. Growth still seems a bit stalled.

Any recommendations for nutes to boost growth?

some pics. Bad quality.

Interesting this, I have 2 plants and they have very different progress in terms of crystal production.
They are grown from seed so different genetics, but they are fed teh same thing. The only other difference is the position of them in the cabinet. I switched them around today to see if that changes anything.

Looking good. Have you gotten those fans installed yet?? Keeping your temps under control helps with plant growth. Genetics also change how fast a plant will mature so that could be one reason why your seeing different stages of maturity.

Other than that your golden. I'll look up some cloning guides and what not for you in a bit. Good luck bro.
