im going to pick up an airstone right now, i would like to know what im supposed to do with it once i bring it home. haha, does it go in the res????

yes drop it in the rez...of course attach it to the airline which goes to your air pump before you drop it in the rez...hahahaim going to pick up an airstone right now, i would like to know what im supposed to do with it once i bring it home. haha, does it go in the res????

alright so lets get some things straight that most don't think of here (sorry rose man this means you to)
the BIGGER your air stone and pump, the bigger your bubbles will be.
we don't want big bubbles we want small ones. like champagne bubbles. small air stones make small bubbles.
so
get yourself more small air stones, think many small ones is much better than one large one.
next is colour, (yes that matters too)
black is great for if u get light leaks in your rez, or algae is a problem.
white is the best as it will never clog on you, but if light gets in you'll get algae.
blue is standard and think of it like a middle ground.
also try not to get a pump that is over kill. if u have a 20 gallon rez, don't get a pump that is more than double your rez size (40 g per hour)

i have o idea how to charge it or what that means, i have no instruction manual to it either soooo if someone could help thatd be epic.

beats me what charging your air stone means.
what i can tell u is its a good idea to soak your stone in ph'd water (between 5.3 and 6.0 if u can) for about an hour.
that air stone and pump should work great.

I think he might have been acting a fool...
If not i'm assuming it means the same as priming a pump.. plug the stone in and run the pump for a second before you drop the stone in...
