Air travel

I am a patient, and I have to travel back east for my brother's wedding. I have heard from a couple people that they put their recommendations in their suitcase and had the weed labeled as medical and nothing happened to them. Anyone have some experience with the issue? I checked the TSA website, and it only commented on that it was not allowed through the check point and that TSA is federal and does not differentiate between medical and illegal.

having marijuana is a federal offense whether you are a medical marijuana patient or not. I've had my stash and paraphernalia taken away from me at TSA checkpoints. I still travel with herb though. I just hide it better

I read a post on another board from WA. SeaTac air port. They said that TSA called county cops and they let him take it with him. He was going to AZ it's a MMJ state also. I don't think I would do it. I don't know if the story it true or not. I think the TSA is a fed thing and I would not trust the story. Match

How do you hide it? ive heard of shampoo bottles, peanut butter, candles. I know I can get some there, just hate to spend the money but i guess its worth it not to go to jail or something.

I usually travel with tools so I wrap it up real good and stash it deep in my tool box and check it in. peanut butter and candles would work. so would a can of coffee
