Air stones?

Has anyone used these? Im in coco, I used hydrogen peroxide before to clean and oxygenate my city water but stopped using it cause now my water is RO. I'd be curious if itd be beneficial to use an air stone in my reservoir for a day, before I water (I usually mix nutes right before I feed). If I had an airstone I would mix a day or two before and let the water oxygenate? Or are these for water hydro setups?

Most people use air stones in the totes they are growing in.
Some use them in their res.
I would say from my experience skip the airstones and buy a small cheap submersible waterpump and have it inside the res just pumping and rippling away.
Airstones dont create enough air bubbles
