no...but it will cool the room down and lower the humidity 
lol Growing mary j requires a carbon filter to effectively remove the odor, or you can bypass that and get yourself some ona block which will not mask the odor but render the odor completely inert. A few canisters placed strategically will work in place of a carbon filter.

How well does ona block work? If I'm growing under 5 plants could I just put a few ona blocks in the closet with it all

Carbon filter or ona all the way.. Dont go cutting no corners on odor or your neighbours will be getting onto you. Good luck

ona is a joke ime.. i mean, it does something, but very minimal compared to a carbon filter and inline fan.. idk how many blocks of ona you have hanging around, it's never going to do nearly the job of one filter / fan combo... plus, by the time you buy ten blocks of ona, you could have paid for a fliter and fan combo of around $100 or so...
my first grow i tried to get away with no fliter / fan and ona only, and i'll never go back now i have a quality phresh fliter and iinline fan..

well, my first un odorized grow was super skunk, and that shit smelled like 2 straight up dead skunks just died while having raw butt sex in my grow, so i guess 2 fish wouldn't be too different..

Air conditioners use a filter. Take it out and see if you can fabricate a carbon filter to use instead. It's gotta be really packed tight with carbon.
might backfire though neighbors might call cops thinking u running a whore house
