I'm a bit confused by this thread, as Epsom Salt is not MN, it is MAG (MG)

Your pic on page 1 looks more like either the begining of a CAL def or a Phosphorus Def

While a MN def can also cause rust spots Your pic does not have the light brown surrounding the rust spots I have seen when there is a MN def

Hey dude...sorry to be thick, but as the bottles have a couple of different directions (tropicals etc...bottles in dark so ) and I have read about you using Tablespoons...

What is your half dose in teaspoons (t) or Tablespoons (T)/gallon?

I had been using 1t/gallon and they were starving...I recently increased to 2t/gallon about every third with a shot of grow as needed and kelp @ 1t/gallon about every other feeding just because and they seem to be doing better.

inside i use a 2 gallon jug. 2 tablespoon per jug is a regular dose. 1 tablespoon would be a half dose.

i watch my plants. we they need a little i give them a little. when they need a lot they get a lot. they only reason i measure anything is to stay consistent. and then it's just a visual reference. "about this much".

my plants look really good otherwise but at 5 weeks into flower they start doing this. only indoors though. i'm in soil. one strain seems to be doing while the other isn't. "epsom salt" sounds like the last thing one would want to feed a plant, but i keep hearing people say it.

oh, this. this was last year. i think i had my sulphur burner on too long. these were the plants directly below it. or it was something else. either way it was strain related and that strain got the boot.

FUCK yeah Age old ! Mendota il what?! Thought this thread needed a bump age old works proven! But it says right on the bottle NOT a complete nutre formula. Add some calmag late or sea shells early .., and I spray with cal and Epsom salts. I kinda like the taste.... Well I spray them with water but I find spraying nonmobil nutes help...

Things you will need to grow your meds.

Seeds or clones are the most important one thing you don't skimp on.
I have been growing for 17 years at first I could not find much on growing
That was before the Internet there was not that much info to be found now its every were and what I did find was hard to understand this little book has all you need to start and finish a nice garden in the privacy of your own home
What I did find out was trial and error I made all the mistakes you could imagine from not going 12/12 to flower I did not no that was how you make them bud I hade a phototrown the one you see in HighTimes and bag seeds boy did have a lot to learn .
The first thing was lighting i hade bought two fluorescent shop lights to start thay worked to veg my baby's but still some thing was missing looked like charley brown x mess trees what was I doing wrong ? I new I needed mor light then I read about High pressure sodium lights bingo that's what I was missing a good lamp just for growing so I made a little grow box in the closet for by for five foot high the plants started to veg and got two feet tall but still I did not understand how 12 hour of dark was so important to the budding I let light in the day time so thay could get fresh air big mistake my plants were getting light whin thay should of been getting 12dark that means no light what so ever pich black.thats were I first got my plants to bud the garden was small and so was the yeld that was my first attempt at growing.


Out doors was my sec attempt at growing I Finley got a book and moved me and my moter home to the river on a friends property I hade lots of seeds from a friend a place to grow and all the time in the world . I started my seeds about 100 this time I was going to have a good garden I hade baby's all over the place in paper cups I took the best ones and planted them in the ground 60 or so baby's the soil was very good there hade been a veg garden in this place befor so the soil was very fertile and the plants were growing like crazy now it was time to sex the plants I found 26 girls. And boy was I happy I did not use any nutrients in this garden and the weed was amazing so tasty and a very good high I was a happy camper I only got 6lb of some of the best weed I ever smoked weed was going for 4000 lb I took the money and rented a apartment I bought 4 430 hps lamps and went hydro
Aero ponic was the next step I hade read a lot about growing by this time and was reddy to try my hand at hydroponics so I made a aero ponic system 6feet buy 10 feet with 80 grow sites this time I hade some good genetics silver peral from sensi seed bank in Amsterdam I verged them out and cloned them I started with 100 clones wow did thay take off I was on my way to becoming a farmer I played with hydro for a few years but some thing was on organically so I went back to soil in 5 gal. Pots I used black gold soil from the hydro store . I got a 1000 watt lamp and 4 430 watt hps lamps and started 40 plants I hade a light mover on the 1000 watt I changed my stran to wight rino my grow room was 11 buy 12 feet there I grow some very good weed then a friend gave me some clones and one strain is called LAMBSBREED She was a clone and I wanted to keep the strain going so I x hre with tranwreck she kept the lambsbreed geens it is a nice x and I grow her outdoors now days she is a big yelder and ezy to grow the high will kick your ass the lambsbreed is not the strain that bob marly liked it was a clone from a friend hard to say the geens you no how names go so I call her lambs wreck ok it's time to Grow first thing you need is a small grow room and a 400watt hps lamp you can grow 4 to 6 plants under this lamp every 90days more if you have a veg room the veg room douse not have be that big and you can use fluorescent lamps for veg and the 400 watt to flower with and never have to by weed again


Ok now it's time to grow let's start with the grow room you can make a small room out of black and wight plastic you can get it at any hydro store cheep hang the black an wight plastic up black side out the wight side is a good reflectent hang your 400watt in your little room now you need air flow to exsast the heat from the room this room needs to be light tight when you go 12/12 you can leave it open when the light is on . Ok you have some good seeds now its time to germinate the seeds you can do this by sokeing your seeds in a little water and then place them in a wet paper towel put them in a worm place let them germinate for two days and check them to see if a little tall pops out you can use a plastic cup for this fill cup with potting soil wet the soil and place the seed tell down this is the first root cover with a 1/4 inch of soil keep the soil most don't let it dry out or the seed lean will die frist sine of life put them under light that's when the fluorescent lights comes in handy put the light two inchis from the seedlean let them grow for two weeks then trans plant them into one gal pots and put them under the 400 watt lamp keep the light 18 inch away from the baby's let them grow to 1 or 2 feet tall then switch the light to12/12 to flower the plants will grow and finish at 2to 3 tall you need a gal of soil for each foot of growth


Nutrients I like foxfarm is very simple to use grow big for the veg stage and tiger bloom and big bloom for the flowering stage you can get this at any hydro store . It is in portent that you have the right PH in your warter you will need a ph meater for this step I like to keep my ph at 6.4 in soil lower for hydro ph is very important to low and the nutes will get locked out ph above 7 will also lock the nutes out .
Watering the temp should be in the low 70,s water has more oxygen in it at this temp
To could and you risk shocking them to hot and u will damage the roots don't over water f your plants to much and you will droned your plants.roots need oxygen to grow thay don't like to be soggy keep the soil moist not wet you can check with your finger or lift the pots to see If there light or heavy if there light water them in no time at all you will get the hang of it
I like to let a little water drain off if you have good soil you should not have to worry about over watering some people let 10 percent more run off when thay water let the plants dry out a little before you water again .
When you feed your plants start low about 300 ppm for the first few weeks then bump it up to 600 ppm when in full veg by now your plants are 12 to 18 inches tall and are reddyto trans plant into 5 gal pots and flower put them on a 12/12 cycle to bud thy will start to flower in about two weeks Chang your nutes to buding thy will flower for 7 to 11 weeks
Depends if thy are indica or sativa indica will finish in about 8 weeks or so longer for sativa you no thy are finished when the hairs turn brown 60to70 percent the bud is at its peek it's time to harvest . The glands are full of THC and will be a milky some amber the glands are called try combs that's what gets you high.


Male or female sexing your is a little tricky when the plant is a foot or so tall the female has two little hairs that will develop at the branch next to the main stem the boys will grow little balls
It's best to sex them before you trans plant them into 5 gl pots its hard to sex them when there that small cut the lights back to 12/12 and in two weeks it will be ezy to tell the male from the female when you find a male cut him down only the female has THC if you don't get the males out of the garden you will end up with seeds .
The males are only good for breeding thy have no THC to speck of


Ok your plants are reddy to harvest take a few branches off and trim off all the leaf hang them up on a string to dry harvest the hole plant let them dry for a week you will no when the bud is dry when the stem snaps make sheer the drying room is dark and dry have a fan going to help dry the buds when the bud is dry place the buds in a mysun jar to keep m fresh
