After I germinate, when I am planting the sprouted seeds into some soil, does the sprout go to the bottom of the hole or the top? I'm not sure and just started germinating some seeds, so I wanted to find out.

poke a hole about 1/2 in. deep and be really careful the sprouts are delicate, carefully put the root downwards and softly sprinkly soil over it

White root/sprout goes facing down into the soil if you can.
