Afraid my house might doom my grow

There tends to be a some mildew and black spots around the house in places you'd expect, dark, humid areas, if we neglect cleaning for a little bit. I thought maybe growing outside and with proper care and pesticides maybe I could avoid issues with my plants. But today I found an empty sprayer bottle that had been covered and not in the dark with these green spots. Which makes me believe I might not be able to survive with all the stuff that might be around.

Is there anything I can do? I'm planning on using Neem oil and alternate weekly with BT.

There are mold and mildew spores all around us in the air all the time, much more so in humid climates. If the conditions are favorable for them, high humidity and low temps, they will take hold. Neem will slow their growth. Don't spray it on buds. In a humid climate, sativas with airy bud structure do better. I've had rainy/humid september/october in the past where my big dense buds got mold spots, but my airy sativa buds did just fine.

Green spots are typically trichoderma. They are everywhere, they play a vital part in the ecosystem where they break down materials. They digest wood and other stuff and put it back into the environment. In the environment of a healthy pot plant they're beneficial in that they're breaking stuff down in the dirt.

As a mushroom grower I hated the f****** and went absolutely nuts trying to eradicate all green spots. As a pot grower, not so much.

thanks so much guys, appreciate all the responses. Luckily for me I get plenty of breeze. I got autos so hoping they are done before it gets too wet in October.

I'd be more concerned about the black mold in your house that you say shows up if you neglect cleaning than any cannabis plants. If you can wipe it away but it keeps coming back that means you have a mold issue and when you clean you're just removing what is visible. That stuff can cause health issues.
