Aeroponics

Ok so i am looking into aeropnics but i only have found info about how to start with clones. Where i am its impossible to get them so i will begin with seeds. I want to know how i can start seeds in order to get to clone size with using seeds. Thanks

If I understand the question right, you just soak and start those seeds either in Dirt and transplant later, or start them in the Aeroponics system.

germinate in a paper towel and put in hydroton when it sprouts
make sure the clay balls r not in the way of the shell or they will hold it down

yea my question is not how to germinate its what material do i use to start a seed in a aeroponic setup. i mean i dont think its as simple as place a seed in the clay balls, but i am not sure. I grow in soil and want to switch over. To make sure the seed does fall through the hydroton should i use rockwool to start the see off. Or does the seed have a hard time pushing through such material

u can use rockwool then put in hydroton
im not a fan of rockwool
i use aeroponics and thats how i start my seeds
and yeah its that simple
just make sure the balls dont cover the seed or it will weigh it down

so is as simple as just placing the seed on top of the balls.

after it sprouts.

yeah pretty much
i put some balls down first so it dont fall thru the pot
then i place it on top using tweezers and put it so the root goes down between the balls
then i put more balls makin sure not to cover it up
