Aeroponic cloner question?

I'm going to use vita grow root compound to dip my clones and i'm also going to use root tech cloning gel. My question is, can i dip it and add like a cap or less of the compound to the resevoir? or will that be too potent? i know there are hormones/nutes to add, but how about the dipping shit? vita is liquid, roottech is gel.

going to be doing this soon so please help?​

I have no experience with vita grow, but I've always just dipped my clones
and used just straight ph'd RO water in my cloners with good results. Once
the roots come in then put a small amount of nutes. I don't think there's
any need to put some in the res, but I also doubt it would hurt things.

I've thrown a little into the res just out of curiosity, and didn't notice any difference at all.
So, I don't bother anymore and just run pure water at first.

When you cut make sure that your razor blade is clean, sharp and wipe with rubbing alcohol after every cut. RO water is an option but I use just regular tap water and it works just fine. Dont over think just make it as easy as possible and keep everything clean hands, tools and system.

dont need to dip in anything... will get wash right off anyways... just use PH'd tap water (no r/o'd).... wait a week or two for the little white bump then watch the roots blast out... fun stuff! thats second favorite part of maintaining a aero garden

oh wait sorry.... im just assuming you are only using netpots with neoprene collars.

...... i add Advanced Nutrients Jumpstart in my aero cloner res. though

this is true, I use clonex liquid in the res, with a little b52.

017.jpgif you have the root gel hormones already, dip and dont turn on cloner for like 10-15min.

takes about 10 days total depending on strain good luck.
