Aerogarden Tech?

Does anybody have a step by step tech to growing out of this thing? one other really stupid question that i didn't find in the directions the aerogarden already comes with plugs to put in I am assuming that these already have pre seeds in the plugs that say the name of the plant right? If so can I just rip those out and use that?

There is a million threads here about AG grows. Read them from start to finish and then start your grow. You will learn tons. I don't know what the AG Tech is but I have the classic and took the seeds out of the foam and put the seeds in that I had germinated. I poked holes through the bottom of the plugs to give the roots a hole to go through easy. Read as much as you can.
