Aerogarden?'s

Hi People,

So I know its a novelty, but I just got an Aerogarden for $50 brand new still iun the box. Some charity sold it to me - so the money is going to a good cause.
Anyone used it and have any suggestions for seeds - I heard lowryder's are good. Any particualr strain - What are the negative sides of using auto flowering lowryders?
Also - I heard you should just go into 12/12 as son as the seeds root, is this true?
Any comments or suggestions about using the aerogarden would be appreciated.

Im not to sure on the type of strain cuz i've only used bagseeds so far but i am trying out the SCROG method and it seems to be working nicely. i would recommend possibly looking into somethinglike that for the ag.

Those AG systems are very small with very little light. First off you are going to have to figure out a way to raise that light higher then it will allow, Unless you do some heavy ass tieing down. You do want to flower as soon as possible. I would give them 7-10 days to veg and then 12/12 them. You should also be thinking of ways to upgrade the lighting. As you might want to do this later in flowering. I have never used one of these systems, these are just items I have picked up here and from my buddy at the Hydro store. By the way. I got a cutting of Mango and a cutting of white widow from him. BOO-YAH.. I get a change of taste in a while. Been 3 harvest of the same flavor. Morning Glory from Barneys is what I am smokeing now. It is a nice smoke. Stays nice and short under the right conditions. And if you top it, it splits nicely into multiple tops very nicely also. Stay away from the Sativa's with that system.
