Aerogarden nutrient tabs

That's been the problem so far, they don't let out the specs. It's a proprietary formula but if you have their nutes they're good all the way up to the flowering stage. Even reducing the light schedule to ten to twelve hours on I played hell getting them to flower. I finally went to Technflora's recipe for success and they bloomed beautifully.

do u think i will have difficulty getting them to flower on aerogarden nutes too? It seems like alot of people dont use the aerogarden nutes, i guess i should get on the band wagon! can u find suitable nutrients at like walmart garden section or something?

either get some bloom nutes or start flushing with just straight ph'd h2o or distilled h2o when u start to flower.. seems like ag tabs are for more for vegging. im bout to switch over to flower here soon, and my past 2 attempts have been using ag tabs throughout.. gonna try just ph'd water flushes weekly next time here instead of those ag tabs. oh and at my w.mart i havnt seen anything, however i have found a great selection of lots of necessities on amazon.com! lol random i thought but found net pots, all kinds of nutes and other shit. good luck, ill post on how just water seems to be working over using ag nute tabs for flowerin, my babies are 4-5 weeks vegd from germination on ph'd and little bit of nutes here and there. theyve nicely filled in and got real bushy. all growth is very green and seems like they explode another few inches everyday. seems to love the ag tabs to veg, got so much damn like salt build up or whatev that shit is tho

ya i switched to flowering just over a week ago and they are growing like an inch a day or more I swear! i give them 1 large ag tab per week and top up a few times with water at the same ppm... they are doin sweet! I just posted pics on my profile

what do you mean by ph'd? I also get that white stuff in the resevoir, how often do you flush yours out?

i try to flush it weekly, but u know... sometimes its pushed off a few days or so, stupid laziness from smokin too much lol.
oh and ph'd water is just my lingo for my tap water that i put into a big ass container and add ph down before i put into res caus my tap water is from a well and is crazy high. also i refuse to go buy distilled water, caus its still just water. and a bottle of ph down seems cheaper to me than gallons of water from groc store.

fair enough! us lazy pot smokers eh hahaha i hear ya there!! gotcha on the ph'd water. You know that I have never once checked the ph on my plants? and they look pretty decent. I know everyone is hardcore about checking the ph and bringing it either up or down, but like I said never even checked it! we will see if i can prove everyone wrong lol but who knows

I just posted a list of commercial Nutrients in the DWC thread. Take a look at these and tell me what you think is best please.
General Hydroponics has a new line called General Organics. Biothrive Grow and Biothrive Bloom
http://www.genhydro.com/genhydro_US/biothrive.html

Earth Juice has a completely organic line called Grow and Bloom.

And my favorite. Sadly their organic line that is not recommended for use with DWC.

Honorable Mentions:
Botanicare's organic line Organicare

FoxFarm

And Advanced Nutrients has two organic base lines Iguana Juice and Mother Earth Super Tea
http://www.advancednutrients.com/hydroponics/ProductList.php

If you follow all of those links, there is surely one base line that will interest you.
Personally I have switched from GenHydro to Humboldt Nutrients Natural Line. I am going to give GenOrganics a try eventually.
