Aero pots vs Smart pots

Title says it all. Any knowledge and/or experience on either would be much appreciated.

for me smart pots are better only because removing the plant for harvest is much easier; aero pots are very easy to damage and it is quite hard to remove the soil tbh
smart pots are also foldable and easier to transport.

^All of that. Plus the results are much better from smart pots if you ever have taken out a root ball you would clearly see the difference.
