aerate water?

do you aerate your water? it's my first indoor run and i'm using rain water and i do aerate but don't know if it's really doing anything or not. what do you do?

What are you growing in? Really not needed for soil, might be helpful in coco or hydro, but not required.

Really no need for aeriation..

I do usually try to run a aerator in my water for 24 hrs before I water just because I can and it's super simple...I don't know if it helps or not but I can't see why it would hurt it. Also growing in soil.

ive done grows with and without . There was no discernible difference .

I've been using air stones, just get any chloride left out. Oxygenation the water is beneficial and helps, plants breathe thru the roots.

Do you PH rainwater? Just curious

Bro science tip. Use a straw to aerate, human breath is full of microbes.

You can get over a gallon a day in 7 gallon pots in full veg
