Fellow Growers i need your help! I finally got pictures and measurements of my soon to be "op" and i would like some advice please.
Dimensions (measurements done in feet)
11'x10' with 8' ceilings. The room is almost gutted and ready to go. Once i figure out how many lights i need to get, i'll be on my way..
I will be growing the legal limit, 20 plants under Metal Halide (Veg), High Pressure Sodium (Flower) in soil to start.
Questions:
1. How many lights?
2. What other equipment should i purchase before starting my project?
3. What do suggest about smell? Where/How can i move or get rid of the smell?
4. What is the BEST organics i can use? I am very familiar with Fox Farm as i have been growing outdoors for many years. I wanted to try something else, maybe something better?

Sorry for all the questions! this is my first indoor grow and i am willing to spend the doe but i want to do it RIGHT! Please steer me in the right direction so i can get this baby under wayy

1. I use 2 1000watt MH lamps over a 4x4 tray for max veg. I use 2 1000w HPS for max flower yield.
2. are you growing in soil or going hydro? that's your main question to answer. everything else depends on that!:eyesmoke:

Check out Heath Robinsons fast water dwc setup. its in a 4x4 space grown with a single 600watt lamp. He grew way more plants than you can, but it is a really simple and effective way to grow! He also has a 2 plant grow with 3 600w and got over 80 oz off 2 plants. The thread is called critical mass. check it out!!! good luck!

Gotta give us a budget. Soil to start is good advice. Gotta think about if you're gonna do a sealed room with A/C and Co2 or if you're gonna go the vented room with fans and intakes. I recommend going the A/C Co2 route, it will cost more to set up but save you a million headaches dealing with temp and humidity and should increase your yield.

how do you go about sealing a room? you mean tent it off or something? would i use a portable A/C? As far as budget, i want to go all out and make the BEST product. i really want to use CO2 also. any tips on how i add CO2 to room in an easy fashion would be really helpful. i know its all trial an error but i want to get this going. Thanks in advance i really appreciate it kiss-ass
